Quality ControlAfter a customer order is confirmed, the Operations Department issues a production task sheet and delivery notice. The workshop produces according to the approved task and completes in-process self-inspection records. The first piece of every new component and parts produced in each process are submitted to quality inspectors. Inspectors carry out patrol and formal inspections and record the results. Qualified products move to the next operation and then to the warehouse. Repairable nonconforming products receive a disposition form, are returned for rework and are reinspected. Irreparable products that cannot be accepted are documented with a scrap form and removed from production. Records include task sheets, self-inspection forms, inspection requests, inspection reports, nonconformity disposition forms, corrective and preventive action analyses, scrap forms and warehouse receipts. -

Production planning converts confirmed orders into production task sheets and schedules. Engineering and R&D personnel support product configuration, dimensions, structure, finishes and customized solutions. Workshop teams carry out production and in-process self-inspection. Quality inspectors conduct first-article inspection, patrol inspection and formal inspection. Packing and logistics personnel coordinate export packing, labeling, warehousing, container loading and shipping documents.
